Tian Tan Buddha, Po Lin Monastery, Hong Kong

TIAN TAN BUDDHA, PO LIN MONASTERY, LANTAU ISLAND, HONG KONG – April 17, 2008: completed in 1993, at Po Lin Monastery, Lantau Island, Hong Kong, on April 17, 2008. Founded in 1906, the main temple houses three bronze statues of the Buddha – representing his past, present and future lives.
